I'll admit, it's been a hot minute since I've created a new post (3 months to be exact - eek)! While technically I'm interrupting the chakra series I started months ago with good intention, I do want to give a little update on my life (which most of you already know....) For starters, this born-and-raised Iowa girl can now officially call herself a Minnesotan! While it isn't my first out-of-state living experience (we resided in Omaha, NE during my internship) it sure is the farthest I've ever lived from my immediate family. Dee, on the other hand, has lived all over the country - from Iowa, to Texas, to Ohio...he's used to this moving thing :) Along with trekking 250 miles, a new job was also in store. I'm now focusing all of my nutrition attention to helping those with eating disorders - this has been my passion since Day 1 of enrolling in Dietetics, and I couldn't be more excited to have landed my dream career at 26!
